The Forest has been in development for a while, but now we need your feedback to make it even better. Our vision for this game is a terrifying open world full of gameplay options and player freedom. We’ve come a long way but still have a lot of features and improvements to make.  As the lone survivor of a passenger jet crash, you find yourself in a mysterious forest battling to stay alive against a society of cannibalistic mutants. Build, explore, survive in this terrifying first person survival horror simulator.

How to install
1) Download the game.
2) Extract the files where you want, apply the fix.
3) Start the game with “TheForest.exe” as Administrator.
4) Enjoy the game.

Host a game Internet
1) Start Steam.
2) Start the game as Administrator.
3) In the main menu click “Co-op” → “New Game / Continue” → “Host Game” → Set it up → “Host”.
4) Just wait until they join your server.
5) Click “Start Game” to start it.
6) Enjoy!

Join a game Internet
1) Start Steam.
2) Start the game as Administrator.
3) In the main menu click “Co-op” → “New Game / Continue” → “Join Game” → Find your friend’s server → “Join”.
4) Wait until the host start the game.
5) Enjoy the game.
NOTE: Steam Overlay didn’t work. You need to invite your friend from Steam Client
